Welcome to the Architectural Rules & Guidelines submission page. Here, you will find all of the guidelines laid out in detail as well as a means to submit your changes digitally.

The main thing to remember: to avoid expense and heartache later, ALWAYS submit proposed changes to the A&L for approval, even things that seem "just the same" (like replacement windows.) Also, it doesn't hurt to chat with your neighbors about your plan ahead of making a request. However, note that it is not required to get permission from neighbors. That's what the A&L Committee is here to handle.
